I’m Swetha , a mom and a designer who loves turning business/user problems into simple, intuitive experiences. Navigating fast-paced projects with evolving requirements has strengthened my adaptability and decision-making skills. I currently work with a huge team with fellow designers, BA’s, engaging with Senior Managers and leadership to define and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives while advocating for user-centric solutions. I do my best work when mixing feedback from my seniors and doing hands on design.
I’m always learning and growing, with 4/7 Google UX certifications, IDF Certification(54120) for Mobile User Experience under my belt and a Executive Post Graduation in UI UX Design(TIH2406209) from IIT Roorkee. These have helped me sharpen my skills in research, interaction design, and design strategy.
I love collaborating, listening, and understanding different perspectives. I believe the best ideas come from meaningful conversations, which is why I truly enjoy one-on-one interactions.
Beyond work, you will see me outside with my husband and chasing my kid around the park. I’m equally fascinated by the strategic side of things—conversations about finance, home grown business with humble beginnings spark my curiosity.
